You are looking for a 35mm film canister only big enough for a log so BYOP.
I work near this cache and I find myself looking out into the parking lot regularly and noticed one day this would be good for a cache plus I could possibly see some fellow cachers at work. Its a quick park and grab and the muggle population is constantly moving so it should give you time to grab it with ease. Good luck and happy caching!
