Muy cerca del puente Piedra Roja, al costado derecho del camino subiendo de Chicureo en dirección a la Dehesa, a 966 m.s.n.m., tamaño pequeño, muy facil de llegar.
Very near the Piedra Roja Bridge, on the right hand side of the road on the way to La Dehesa, at 966 m.s.n.m. small in size, very easy to find.
Dejamos este cache a nombre de nuestra mascota Garu Chin, que es un perrito muy entusiasta del Geocaching, para celebrar su primer cumpleaños en diciembre.
El cache se encuentra al costado derecho del camino si van subiendo de Chicureo hacia la Dehesa, unos 100 metros pasado el puente Piedra Roja hay una especie de mirador improvisado donde se puede estacionar y luego volver algunos metros en dirección al puente.
Desde este lugar tendrán una vista espectacular de Chicureo y del complejo Piedra Roja con su laguna artificial.
El cache se encuentra a una altura de 966 m.s.n.m., es un contenedor pequeño, en su inerior hay un mosquetón pequeño (no apto para escalar), una herramienta multiuso, una piola enrollable y una Geocoin original de Groundspeak (2009 Lackey Coin) traída desde el norte de Chile (por favor ayudar a que continúe su camino). Además del Logbook hay un lapiz pequeño, pero igual siempre es bueno llevar lapiz.

We left the cache in the name of our puppy, Garu Chin, who is a Geo Caching enthusiast, to celebrate his first birthday in December.
The cache is on the right hand side of the road going up from Chicureo towards La Dehesa. At about 100 meters past the Piedra Roja bridge there is an improvised parking space where you can park and walk back a few meters towards the bridge.
From this spot you will have a spectacular view of Chicureo and the Piedra Roja complex with the artificial lake.
The cache is at an altitude of 966 m.s.n.m. Its a small container with a carabiner (not good for climbing), a multi purpose tool, a self-roller string and an original Geocoin from Groungpeak (2009 Lackey Coin) brought from the North of Chile (please help for it to continue its journey). Besides the logbook there is a small pen, but its always good to take a pencil.
