Ancaster Heights Falls
One of 128 Waterfalls in Hamilton
This is one of those falls that may or may not have flow at any given time. The falls has less flow than the nearby Tiffany Falls and Little Falls Of course, in the winter it is frozen. I have driven past here many times and not noticed it. Caching makes one stop to see the sights.
Parking is available either at Tiffany Falls parking lot or on the side of Wilson Street just past where the 2 lanes heading up merge into 1. The falls is on the east side.
BE CAREFUL CROSSING AND WALKING ALONG THE ROAD AS IT CAN BE BUSY!
There is some climbing involved
There is another falls (Little Falls) about 150M south of here at co-ordinates N43 14.378 W79 57.928. More water flows over LIttle Falls making it is worth a visit for waterfalls fans.
