ErWenn: The location's not good anymore and the container's gone, so I'm archiving this one. Check out the sequel: (http://coord.info/GC2GK92)

Geocache Description:

This is the 3rd cache in the Bloomington Geocacher's "12 Days of Cache-mas" series. Along with the log book, there is also a card with part of a code inside the cache. Take note of this code and use it with the 11 other codes hidden inside the other "12 Days of Cache-mas" series caches to find the final mystery cache Geo Claus.

Why did the French hen cross the road?

She was trying to get away from some crazy smiling king who wanted to turn her into a sandwich and an ugly talking chihuahua who wanted to wrap her into a tortilla. She did manage to lose them by back-tracking up a little creek, but alas, her victory was short-lived, for who should be waiting for her to get out of the water but a nasty pirate with a peg leg and a Kentuckian colonel with a white goatee. The clever little blue hen was able to turn the military man against the rogue sailor, giving herself just enough time to find a hiding spot in a nearby tree.

No one ever saw the hen again, and some say she may still be hiding in one of those trees by the creek.

Cache contains a log book, a pen, the card with the code for the Geo Claus cache, and some trading items. Given that the entire contents of the cache went missing, I recommend not leaving anything valuable inside this cache until I get a chance to move it to a safer location.
