This is placed in our local park. It is a short walk from the street to the cache site.
We were looking for a good place to put a cache in William Street park when we discovered a dedication plaque that was more than half buried. We uncovered it and brushed the dirt off and learned we were standing at the Lynch Grove. John Lynch was apparently such a loved city clerk in the 1940's that a redwood grove was named for him. Go visit John's grove and enjoy the park. Please re-hide well as this is a very busy park.
