Geocache Description:

Easy park-n-grab with a grand view. DO NOT walk on the edge of the wall. The bricks are loose, and you can fall. The cache is not there.

It's a great vantage point, and it's got a great food deal.
You are looking for a small black altoids box, not in the cage, not over the edge. Repeat, stay away from the ledge. This cache tends to get hidden back in a hard to find way.
