The Perrenoud - The Lonely Spruce is a regular
sized square LnL type container with the usual logbook, pencils,
trading items, and a couple of initial travellers. Come out and
enjoy a quiet walk in the forest!
Come on out and enjoy this lesser known park on one of the
backroads off the Grand Valley Road west of Highway 22.
Park History
In 1980, George Emil Perrenoud donated this land to the Alberta
Sport, Recreation, Parks and Wildlife Foundation for the purpose of
a wilderness park for the benefit of the residents of the Province
of Alberta.
