It seems that the Outsiders of Roseville have their hands full with the RCPA. Since the RCPA has been on duty, caches have not gone missing as much. But now the Outsiders are stepping it up a notch. The are talking with the Monster Hitman of St. Clair Shores to see if they can hire him to take out the RCPA. Your job is to find the Monster Hitman and stop him before any harm comes to the RCPA!!!!
