Don't go to the published coordinates – the cache is not there. You aren't even allowed there, even if you could get there.
Those who are good with these things will be able to find the coordinates via the back door. Don't bother as you won't get there any quicker! It may well be much slower.
Everyone else should just do what the name says - be patient.
Patience is a virtue.
Everything comes to those who wait. Or so they tell us!
The cache is a 2 litre systema container painted to suit its surroundings, and is not hard to access. If it looks difficult, try another approach.
