Geocache Description:

This fireplace is all that's left of an ice skating rink that used to sit here. I first heard about it from a couple of articles in the Sun Advocate (here and here), and a few weeks ago I saw it for the first time while driving along the highway. It's easily accessed from part of the Helper Parkway, so please don't park on the side of the highway to get to the cache. You can park just to the west and go down the stairs, or park to the east and walk across the bridge and go through the tunnel under the highway (see the additional waypoints below).
