Large trees!
This is the second cache and will require more bush whacking to find than the first. The area is flat and can be marshy & wet at times. Once you find this cache, you will see an easy way to get back to the parking area.
I recently acquired this property. It's a wonderful place and the hope is others will enjoy the land as much I do.
Permission is granted for the purposes of finding the geocaches (note the plural) is granted with the following conditions:
Park near (I keep this area ploughed out in the winter for the dog training classes near by): N 44 54.745 W 074 24.212
If there are ski tracks, please don't walk or snow-shoe in them.
Use only mussel power to get from the parking area to the caches. No driving in the hay field please.
Stay to the north of 'Doberman Lane', an abandoned section Jewit Road that defines the southern most boundary of the property. This is also part of my driveway.
No fence crossing is required to get to this cache from the parking area. If you see a fence, you probably have gone too far.
If for some reason there appear to be muggles around, please proceed. They aren't really muggles and know exactly what you are up to.
