Just a friendly gathering of like minded individuals. Time for swapping stories and maybe even a little time for a nice meal.
Room is reserved from 11AM - 1PM. Menu changes from breakfast to lunch at 11AM so I'm sure there will be those who get there early to partake of both. Intros and announcements will start at approx. 11:30AM.
Remember that this month is the launch of the 2010 Versary Oklahoma TB race. All TB's entering the race must be at this meeting as there are no late entries allowed. As there will only be a limited number of TB tags available at this meeting please try to have your TB activated prior to bringing it to this meeting.
Collection of TB's will be as you arrive and will continue for the duration of the gathering. Please drop your TB in the event cache. All TB's will be grabbed and placed in the TB Race Cache and immediately following the gathering the cache container will be taken and placed at the pre-selected spot. The cache will be released for approval and activation by reviewer. Coordinates and cache number WILL NOT be given out at the gathering. If you have not taken a picture of your TB to post on it's home page let me know and I will forward one to you as I will be taking pics of all the TB's entered.
