This cache name comes from the fact that it is hidden near an Employee Smoking Pit. It is a nano and is rated a 2.5 simply because it is a nano, not because it is hid in some evil manner. And due to the fact that Target has a lot of employees who smoke, so your time to get in and out may be limited.
The Smokem' If You Got'em phrase comes from back in Basic Training. Whenever we took a break in exercises, the drill sergeant would always yell out that phrase for the smokers. I always think of him and that line when I see employee smoking areas.
