Geocache Description:


Another one of those places you drive by often and never knew what was there. You'll need to pull in off the road and walk less than a quarter mile. No muggles here. Our first cache, a medium size Tupperware container with trading items, is located on the perimeter of an open field where the Moody Cemetery is located. The cemetery, protected by a wrought iron fence that is surrounded by cedars, dates back to 1842 and is very well preserved. Additional information about the Moody Cemetery and tombstones with inscriptions can be found at the Related Web Page. Accuracy was 8 feet when placed. There is a $5 Chick-fil-A gift certificate for FTF. Be respectful and CITO.

We didn't think one would have to worry about muggles here, but apparently, we were wrong. We think that whoever cuts the field came across the original container and took it. Oh well. We've placed a similar size container in a less visible spot in the woods on the perimeter of the field and updated the coordinates. Accuracy was 6 feet when placed. Enjoy.
