While hiding this cache my dog and I scared up a hawk who was eating a rabbit it had captured. He flew up and sat on the movie sign near the highway as we approached. Pretty cool.
I have it marked as winter friendly due to the cache container size and location. Might be easier hike in winter. The summer hike could be wetter depending on your route.
