The family and I spotted this lovely building during an evening stroll. Given its location and architectural style, I would like to believe this was the original farmhouse on what was the Rosemont Estate. The estate was subdivided in 1908. Given it is private property, the cache is located in the footpath area. Please don't enter their land or gardens. Also be stealthy as it is a residential area. But most of all admire this little gem in suburbia.
The container is suitable for coins and small travel bugs. BYOP.
Parking available at GZ. Be careful when parking as GZ is on the crest of a hill.
