Despite ample opportunities provided for the Cache Owner to respond, their silence leads me to the conclusion that the cache has been abandoned.

In such cases, archived caches will not be unarchived, and as a result, this location is now open for the placement of a new cache by another interested party.

Geocache Description:

this cache is my second attempt at this awesome sport.

Very easy to find, this cache defiantly looks better than sports
savage, another cache of mine. unlike sport savage, this cache has
a better logbook,items, information and a overall better cache
feel. i hope you all enjoy Portrush Surprise :)

I have not been to this cache in quite a while as I have created a new account. I will hopefully drive down to Mandurah soon to replace the cache. I will edit the listing after I replace it since I forgot the terrain and how it was placed. I am also aware that the coordinates are off so I will update them aswell.
