Wizard of Ooze: As there has been no response from the cache owner to the reviewer note placed a month ago, I am regretfully archiving the cache to reopen the area to new active geocachers and cache owners.
If you would like to place a new cache in the future, please re-list a cache and it will be reviewed based on the current guidelines in effect.
