Geocache Description:

SLAP stand for Skirt Lifter's Anonymous Program

Snoopy (as the WWI Flying ace) would go and drown his sorrows in a good glass of Root Beer. This location once served great Root Beer, and though the sign says closed for remodeling, I am not sure if it will reopen. If it does, you may want to go in and have a tall frosty mug of root beer!
