I drive by here everyday and it wasn't till recently that the
leaves cleared up enough that i found this structure. after asking
around i discovered that this used to be an old Gristmill where
back when it was functional employed a large water wheel and
grinding stones to produce flour. This will be the start of a bunch
of caches located in or around old ruins.
When placed there was snow covering the area but i have my
suspicions that come spring the area surrounding the structure will
be very wet.
