This is one of three geocaches placed along the Spook's Canyon trail. The trail is well marked, and most of it runs parallel to the Escondido Creek, which is the boundary between Olivenhain (Encinitas) and Rancho Santa Fe. There is some elevation change, so this might be too difficult for very young children, but fine for 7+ years old.
Hidden in a plastic pickle container, painted with camouflage colors.
