I am placing this cache in memory of my black lab , Kenzie. She had
to be put down this week . Her liver had failed. I chose this park
because it was her favorite. I knew there was a cache located here
already, part of a multi. So I had to mark that waypoint and get
500 ft away. The park has a main trail at the back that leads into
the wooded area. When you get near the end you must take the side
trail to the right. This will meander until it ends and there is a
slight trail to the right again. This one kinda dead ends after
awhile and from here its bush whacking to the GZ. After arriving at
a suitable hiding spot I figured anyone making it here deserved a
FTF prize. I dug into my wallet looking for a 5 or 10 spot. I
should have planned ahead all I found was a 20$. So yes there is
20$ for the FTF. Good luck . She truly was a good dog. May she rest in peace.
Please rehide the cache as you found it. Don't use driving
instructions it will put you in someones back yard to start. Go to
Coal field park.
***** Update the slight trail is now a well established trail all the way to GZ. had to replace the cache container with a medium camo'd bison. I guess the parks dept wanted a easier trail to my cache. New hint added.
