Geocache Description:

Well everyone, it will be Midway through the Winter Season and by now, all of us are looking forward to some sunshine, warm temps, and less snow so we can go out and find caches which may have been covered by snow and ice, here in Maine!

This cache is open to all Geocachers and their families. I wanted to host and event and have one in the Southern Maine area, since it has been several months since our last area event cache!

The event will be located at a very good, family eating and social establishment in Kennebunk, Maine. One which my nearby cache, "Mug 102" refers to in fact! I come here often, and have even hosted several of my Geocaching friends at when they are in the area caching.

I have reserved their additional seating area for us starting at 6:30PM on Monday Feb. 8th, 2010. The event will last from 6:30PM until 9:00PM or last call depending on how many people want to stay and discuss caching, the winter, and life etc etc etc.

The area reserved is not near the bar and is family friendly. The menu includes both adult beverages and non-adult beverages. I have notified the proprietor and we will be able to order drinks, and appetizers. I would recommend that you bring cash (not cache) to pay for your drinks/menu items to make it easier on the wait staff and figuring the bill.

There are plenty of seats and tables so feel free to bring your GPSrs, Laptops, Geocoins, TBs, and what not so we can help each other with technical caching questions, and sit and enjoy our company for a few winter evening hours.

There will be some raffle prizes. And so you know, they are actually very good prizes. So, if you want to possibly win some very good loot, come! I used some of my gift cards and store credits I had after Christmas to some well known Geocaching/Outdoor friendly stores...... and if you are skeptical, ask Lexmano. He won't tell you what the items are but he can confirm that they are very nice....
Please leave a note on the page listing to let me know how many people to expect. I look forward to seeing you all!

Cache on!
