For those that did not have a chance to find it, there used to be a nice wooden sign right off the sidewalk and it had some Colorado facts and information on the state flower....the Columbine. It was a flat packet that was slid into a crack on the sign. Went out and did maintenance on some of my caches and it looks like the sign has been removed. it had a good run though. It had a little over 9 years. Thanks to those that came out to find it! :-)

Geocache Description:

I have been wanting to do a "Colorado State" series for a while now & this is the 1st in the series. This cache will not take you to a glorious field of columbines or anything but you will see why I named it what I did when you get to the cache. More in this series to come later.

Cache could be slightly difficult to retrieve depending how well or not the previous finder replaces it. I would recommend bringing tweezers for cache retrieval, just in case.

Cache is log only. BYOP. Please replace cache almost all the way in to where at least tweezers can get at it. Enjoy!
