Geocache Description:

Ellis County needs some new caches, and we need your help to fill this county with new caches.

We will meet at Kimmel Park in Midlothian, Texas (Ellis County) for donuts and coffee at 8:30 AM on Saturday February 20, 2010. All event attendees will receive a fully prepared cache container that is ready to be hidden in Ellis County. Micro, Small, and Regular size caches will be available for selection. Get there early because this event is only 1 1/2 hours long and first to find the event will get first choice of cache container. After containers are selected, we will go our separate ways to scout out potential hiding places in Ellis County. You might consider loading your GPS with the caches in the local area so you can check for proximity issues (bookmark). Hiding caches is, of course, optional. Everyone is welcome to eat, meet, and greet.

Please RSVP by Friday 02/19/2010 with a "Will Attend" log on this cache page, so we can make sure that we have enough cache containers for everyone.

What do you need to bring to the event? Just yourself, and your GPS. We will provide donuts, coffee, and cache containers for all attendees. Do not forget your GPS, so you can hide your new cache in Ellis County as well as go caching in the local area. Add this cache to your watch list. For any last minute updates about the event.
