13 is hidden in plain sight. Finding it is not too difficult. Putting your hands on it is only the beginning. In order to claim your find your name must be on the log and the cache returned to its proper location. The challenge here is not so much putting your name on the log as it is to replace the cache to the proper location for those that follow.
The first step is finding the cache
This should not be too difficult and you should find it in its proper placement.
The next step will be retrieving the cache from that location.
While you may find "tools" nearby that can accomplish the initial task, they are generally not suited to return the cache from where you got it.
Sign that log.
Simple enough. Enclosed in the container are some details about replacing the cache. They will tell you where but not how. That is for you to determine.
The final step is to return the cache to its proper location.
The cache MUST be replaced in the location described within the container which should be the same place you retrieved it from. There is wiggle room on exactly where to accommodate a little manipulation. I would suggest that you visit the site in order to devise a plan and gather any devices you may need for retrieval and return of the cache prior to attempting. I am able to carry all that I need to replace the cache in my backpack along with all my other caching supplies.
If you do not have a plan for replacing the cache DO NOT attempt to retrieve the container.
DO NOT replace the cache in another more convenient spot
Failure is an option.
Should you find that your plan of return is unsuccessful; a method is provided at the site for you to return the container so that I can replace it properly.

After posting your find send me a message detailing what your plan was for retrieval / replacement and how it worked out. In turn I will divulge my method of placement which so far appears to be unique but not necessarily better.
My original and current method along with general ideas of other succesful attempts are included.
This is a 5 star difficulty cache after all. In order to maintain the integrity of the difficulty level, and out of respect for those that have accompished the feat,
I routinely check on the cache after a find to verify completion of the task. (and prior to sending a response to the "How we did it" deal) Do your part and admit defeat if you are not capable of completing the task. You can always return to give it another try when you are better prepared.
