This cache is on a dead-end section of old TX-71, hence the name of the cache "XTX-71-B(Part of a series). Cache is a plastic bottle with a log only. Because of the location, it should be fairly muggle free.
Terrain is flat with some weeds. You can drive right up to it. It is actually wheelchair accessible. It is not paved, but it is very hard packed gravel.
