Fenwick's Centennial Park, run by the Lions Club, and home to tennis, softball, baseball, soccer, basketball, and now geocaching! Lots of parking, and a great place to take the dog along with you. Please practice CITO and scoop what Fido drops in the public parklands. Loads of parking off Church just south of Canboro, in the park's lot.
Easy hike all year round for the entire family! Cache is a black plastic snap-lock snack container, and contains a number of smaller swag items, including some pins, balls, erasers, etc., as well as the prerequisite log book and pencils. Surrounding shrubs are nastier in summer than they are in the winter... plan accordingly.
