I decided to place this cache here while doing the two existing caches in the Indain River County West Regional Water Reclamation Plant. This is open to the public from 7:30am to 3:30pm everyday except holidays. It is located at 8405 8th street Vero Beach. There is a visitors book in the plastic shed you must sign, but not part of hides. We had a great day. Come on out and enjoy the wildlife.
The cache is in a small tube attached to a larger host that matches the surroundings. Just unscrew the cap to get the log. You may need tweezers to grab the tie it is attached to. There is a easily accessible "muggle note" in a plastic bag which is visible. Since you are reading this no need to remove it. Leave it for a muggle.
