A nano cache to honor search and rescue dogs, bring your tweezers!
This is a nano cache located at a memorial that also includes a statue of a search and rescue dog. I stumbled upon this statue while walking around Dillon and much to my chagrin, it was a statue of an avalanche search and rescue dog, Hasty, who I had done rescue practices with in the past while a member for eleven years of a mountain search and rescue team in Colorado. Read up on search and rescue and the memorial for a couple unlucky souls. Note that most search and rescue agencies are volunteer in nature.
