Geocache Description:

The Spiro City Lake is a beautiful lake and is used for the Spiro Water Supply. Fishing is allowed from sunup to sundown. There are several boat ramps and places you can fish from the bank. Hunting is allowed during different seasons. I would not hunt these caches during the Oklahoma deer gun seasons but if you do, be sure and wear plenty of orange.
Some of the roads leading into this area are paved, some potholes, some dirt and some gravel. There will be one low water bridge but this should not be a problem unless there has been some real heavy rains.
As with any Oklahoma area there is plenty of snakes, ticks, chiggers, and Texas size mosquitoes. There is also some poison ivy, oak and sumac.
There could be lots of fishing muggles in the area of these caches. Both by land and by water.

AND NOW ABOUT THIS CACHE:
You will need to walk .18 miles to this cache. The walking is on good level ground. It is a small lock and lock hidden in the typical fashion. Be sure and get the letter and number from the lid. You will need it.

Signed dollar and NWAC pathtag for the FTF.

AND THE FTF IS C.A. KNOWLES
