Geocache Description:

Vancouver is a place we have found is 'home'. Although it is not much of a hike to get here, please help pick up the area on the way if there is trash to be seen.

HINT: **Follow the towering columns until there are no more. You will find that nice things come in smaller 'packages'. What is important is in the roots.**

Come with your secrets, leave with a smile.

The Washington Carroll family is proud to introduce our first geo-cache. It is the first of more that will follow: One in the Molopo region of South Africa, and in another in Rogersville Missouri.

Pull into Bartolomi’s Pizza, enjoy some great pizza, beer on tap, or enjoy great family time in a pleasant atmosphere.
There is nothing too special about this area, except that it was our first place we could settle down and really feel at home away from our homes. We have traveled paths around the area of our home much and will always have memories of our home here in the Hazel Dell area, no matter where we travel.
It is a beautiful area with fairly nice individuals, and a place we enjoy.

Find parking at Bortolami's Pizza on your immediate left side when you turn onto 9th Ave. In the parking lot face East. Cross the road to the power substation. Follow the stone path.

HINT:

Feel free to take things from the cache, leave items, especially: coins from other countries, secrets, and geocoins for sure!

*IMPORTANT: Do not climb fences, the cache is not by the I-5 on ramp, nor the fence to the apartment complex, and certainly not inside the Sub station. It is however between the substation and the apartment complex fence.
