Nano cache. An easy park and grab. There is a very busy carnival here during the Fall, otherwise it's an easy grab.
The coordinates are a bit off. I think the coordinates take you about 10 paces too far to the West. if you get a better GPS coordinate, please let me know and I'll update. I went there 4 times and got the same reading, but google maps places it a bit West. You are looking for a nano container. Bring a pen.
