I have lived in Ossining almost my entire life and had never heard of this park until this morning. I couldn't resist hiding another 'Ossining Park Series' cache. This is a small lock n lock container. Parking coords - N41.10.335 and W73.52.216. There are a couple of black labs named Lucy and Ricky who may come up to greet you. They are friendly, but curious!
