This is a multi-cache walk in and around Great Torrington in Devon. It consists of locating two very small well hidden nano clue caches and a medium size final cache; it should take around 45minutes to an hour to get to the final cache if followed correctly. Its a prety nice walk (on foot only, i would not reccomend bikes) with some nice views!
Start Clue Cache: A single very small well hidden nano cache situated just outside the town center of Great Torrington itself, within this cache you will be given the location for the second clue cache.
If you have driven, you now have two options to get to the second cache:-
1. Once you have the second clue cache location, follow these
waypoints: 50°57.264'N, 4°08.935'W & 50°57.266'N, 4°09.279'W to get there.
OR
2. Return to your car and continue to CAR PARKING: 50°57.268'N,4°09.457'W (Torrington Commons lower carpark) now you can continue towards the second clue cache. (this would half the walking distance to the cache)
Second Clue Cache: Another very well 'hidden' nano cache situated about 1.2Km (3/4 mile) from the start clue cache location, the location requires some country walking (sometimes muddy in places) with some nice views of the Torrington Commons and down the valley. This cache will contain the location of the final cache.
Final Cache: A single medium sized cache (amo case) containing some nice goodies including some custom 'First To Find' keyrings, a few small toys and some more intresting items! as well as the usual logbook! There is actually three separate ways to arrive at this cache, the most direct route involves crossing a small stream, this is generally fun with the kids although after heavy rainfall this may not be the best option!
