Located in a seldom visited University of Michigan natural area. There are three public accesses to this area but only the one off Dixboro Road has public parking which is only available from Dawn to Dusk. Follow the trail through the County Preserve to the University Trails. One does not have to leave the trail to locate the cache. Please replace the container exactly as it was found.
The trail goes through some very nice wooded areas crossed by a small seasonal stream. The round trip to the cache from the parking location is about 0.9 miles. the cache should be accessible in winter when the snow depth is less than about ten inches. Do not use the driving directions from the Geocachng site. These take you to a private road with no available parking.
