Take a stroll in the park and count the nice things you see. The cache listing attributes are for the starting location, where you can park your car and do the counting. I suggest walking to the final location.
After a few DNFs and not enough people even logging anything for a few months, I decided to mark up the difficulty level by half a star, and add a few more hints. Just try to find it without them first, and if you get a DNF, then read the hints.
From the starting point:
P=The number of pillars that support the local Pantheon.
B=nearby Bench is dedicated to the memory of a person, count the letters in that name.
R=number of Red ball "caps" in the nearby jungle gym.
G=Number of lettes in the name of the park
W=number of outdoor Watering holes. Two or more faucets still count as one watering hole.
Z=W-1
Y=(P*R*G*B*Z+800)%1000
X=(G*P+R*P+Z*Z*Z+2*R+4*Z)%1000
The symbol '%' is the modulo operator. So the answer is always between 0 and 999 inclusively.
