When you stand at the published location, facing East, you can see a big number about 25m away. when you facing south, you also can see another big number about 30m away. please note down the number as k.
Now you walk to N01 23.446 E103 59.252, You will see "Queue her for TEXI". facing the wall, you can see two set of same telephone number. write down the telephone number. eg the telephone number you have taken down as abcdefgh. Put the k infront and behind of the telephone number to form a 10 digits number as kabcdefghk.
Now you split the 10 digit number into kabcd and efghk for you to compute formala N and formula E
