This is my first cache, and it's in honor of my 6-year-old grandson, Sam. When I explained caching to him, he thought it was neat to find 'treasure', so we decided to hide treasure, also. This is a kid-friendly cache, although they may need some help from adults due to the terrain. It's located along a bike trail in SE Huntsville, about 10 feet off the trail. A bit rocky, with some light overgrowth. It's basically a 'treasure chest' (Update: now an ammo box) that has all the things you'd think of in a pirate's chest - plastic money, paper bills, shiny stones, jewels, and other similar swag. Contains a logbook and pen also. Please leave similar 'treasure' types of swag if you have it. Perfect for travel bugs and geocoins as well. Enjoy!
