Geocache Description:

The original Beardown Bridge was swept away in the great Cowsic flood of 17th July 1890. The present bridge was built soon after the flood. This bridge links the farm with the B3357 although not very far from the road it seems to miss all the tourist, leaving it a lovely peaceful visit. There is parking available at Two bridges or there is a small lay-by for two cars at N50.33.445 W003.58.187 from here you can walk down hill for a short distance were you can enter the public footpath via a stile. Follow the path, crossing more stiles and passing over the road bridge.About a further 75yds you will see a clapper bridge on your left which you must cross.
