You're Andre! (KPC2010) Mystery Cache

Pictures seem to make the cache pages prettier. Well, after Wildflower Aptitude Test, maybe nobody feels that way anymore. In fact, this is really just the same puzzle. I'm going to pretend that it's easier this time around. Park hours are 6am until a half hour after sunset.

Special Notes about the 2010 Puzzle Challenge: To be considered for Fastest Solver points, you must verify your solution with certitude. Because certitude may not properly account for joint solutions, please email me team member names in the case of team solutions to ensure proper point accounting. Those who brute-force certitude may be forced to write on the chalkboard after school. All "point" scoring is arbitrary anyway, subject to change, at the discretion of the cache owner, and probably completely meaningless (I haven't decided yet whether we'll have an event in December). The real challenge is just to see whether you can solve all of these caches by the end of the year. To maintain fairness, hints should not be offered by the cache owner or other solvers until the fifteenth of the month.
