Lets Go for a Hike #
4

This is my first time hiding cashes I hope you enjoy the trail .
This is a hike that I do quite often not very hard but it's a lot
of fun. You get to take in some great views of Southern California.
During this trek you will be able to see exactly what makes
Southern California one of a kind. Enjoy the cashes and please
leave them where you find them if you take something please leave
something.

• Schabarum Trail; this trail essentially follows the
ridgeline (& skyline Drive and the fire road by the same name)
towards Schabarum Park. It also joins with the popular Turnbull
Canyon Trail system out of Whittier. I personally use this trail
for a short walk from Turnbull Canyon Road (near Skyline) to
Workman Hill (elevation 1388 feet) for the great views to be had at
this point. This is only a ½ mile walk for a quick view. You
can also hike the entire trail for great views, accessing this
trail at many points such as from the Ahwingna Trails, Turnbull
Canyon Road system of trails, Rio Hondo College, or Schabarum Park.
This trail is also part of the National Historic Trail Recreation
Route.
