Well after 250 finds I guess it is about time that I started to do my part, and give back some of the pleasure and frustration of this game.
For this first hide I have not made it too difficult for the seasoned cacher; however the novice might have a little harder time, but with a little persistence should be able to find it.
This cache is in a small park-playground in LaSalle. Relatively new it was dedicated to Christopher Columbus in 1992. There is a nice monument there and if I knew how, I would put a picture of it on the page as a backdrop, for now you can go take a look at it if you are so inclined, but it will not help you find the cache.
There is only a log book and pencil in the cache
