Note: There used to be ten! I drove by the other day and saw that they cut one off...so now there are 9 1/2...oh, well! That still rounds to 10!
We were driving around looking for cache locations and this one just jumped out at us! It is located behind our favorite (and pretty much the only) place to get a frozen coffee! If they're open, stop in and tell them you came to get the cache.
You are looking for a sandwich size Lock-n-Lock camoed to somewhat match its surroundings. Initial contents include a whistle/compass/flashlight keychain, poker chip mardi gras beads, and a deck of clear plastic coca-cola playing cards as a FTF prize.
This one should be pretty easy. You may have to use stealth if the muggles who have taken up residence in the vacant lot near the cache are around.
