bumperdogs: Reluctantly decided to archive this one. I had the area cleaned up and it has a nice view of the lake but the trash has returned and it isn't a worthy spot anymore for a cache. I pulled the container and will find a new spot to place one. The cache in under the lines no more.

Geocache Description:

This cache is located up a short trail between a church and apartment buildings. Don't park at the apartment area you could be towed away. Parking at the lower church area(NOT AT NIGHT) or street should be no problem. The trail goes up a ridge a short way following the power lines.Cache is a large camo'd scuba. If you turn and look west you have a nice view of Lake Washington and surrounding area. This is a good place to practice CITO as the local kids use the area to deposit trash. I have hauled out 2 bags of trash and the office chair. Good luck cachers.
