Most people go to the same places over and over again. Have you ever been sponteneous? Do something completely different than what you do every day, something out of the blue?
This cache will give you the perfect opportunity to do that. Most people never pass the town of Fortuna or the Arenal National Park. This cache will lead you around the lake of Arenal, which is a lot bigger than what it seems. You will be surprised to know how many foreigners live in this area (Germans, Swiss, Americans etc).
There is plenty of room to park, and you will be rewarded with a scenic view of the Arenal Lake. Small eucalyptus-like tree diagonally across from the scenic pull-out. Please be aware that the last meters leading to the cache are terrain 3.
