Geocache Description:


A nice hike up Catherine Creek. Was out and did a couple of Mayfly and Jedeye's cache's and saw an area we wanted to place a cache. Parking at Catherine Creek follow the road and when you come to the creek stay on the West side (DO NOT CROSS THE CREEK) and keep going up the hill. There are two other caches before you reach this one. GC1HCBC--GC23VOE. You will be looking for an ammo can about a mile and a quarter from the parking lot. We placed it down below what looked like the landing for a loader when the area was logged. Mostly uphill after you leave the creek just keep following the road. If you keep going the view is great when you reach the top. Another cache here and if you catch the trail across the meadow you will find several more on the way down. There is a small unactivated coin for the FIRST TO FIND.
