This placement is a replacement for I-680 Parish Rd. TB Hotel (bush was being removed). It now has EASY on/off access from I-680 at the Marshview Exit.
The cache container was a small green ammo can, but someone has ammo-can envy, so they only left behind the log and TBs...so I replaced it with a camoed large cashew plastic container (4/1/10).
This is a great location to trade Travel Bugs and Geocoins as it connects the cities of San Jose, Fremont, Oakland, and Pleasant Hill/Concord with Fairfield and Sacramento. From this location, the travels have a chance to go in so many directions!
Be sure you pull off at the parking spot available about 25 feet from the cache. This exit is not heavily traveled, but please use good caution when retrieving this cache.
