This is my first cache. I've had my eye on this lot for sometime.
The difficulty and terrain rating is due to the mud and overgrowing
brush (depending on the time of year), a little bit of climbing
around a small terraced hillside and the number of good hiding
places that might have to be checked :).
This is a sandwich sized tupperware-type container, please put
back together as found. Also, if checking online maps, be aware,
this lot is just an empty grass lot now with no trees but also with
no active construction.
Parking/driving within the lot is NOT recommended as it
can be muddy or overgrown so vehicles could get stuck.
