I was out getting some caches at lunch and remembered i had bought a few containers to place some caches. I grabbed HHursh's new cache put the old caches in my GPS and off I went to see if I could get 528 feet from the three caches.
You are looking for a clear blue nalgene water bottle hidden near some rocks by a downed tree just off the trail. My GPS said the best it could get was 50ft accuracy. So I averaged the cords three times for at least 3 minutes each. If you get different cords please list them in your log and when I go out with the Colorado and the Oregon I will try them both to see how close we can get in the thick tree cover. I love to walk on these trails here it reminds me of Western Washington were we grew up. I left a few Geocards in the cache and a asprin bottle for a cache container. Good luck and have fun the cache is about 25 feet off the trail so no bushwackin is needed.
